Teams are being used to achieve improved results in the workplace. Teams are groups of people organized to reach a goal. Teams must be developed and trained to achieve these goals. You will understand how teams can be used to facilitate improvement, understand the advantage and disadvantages of teams, and understand the formula for an effective meeting.

Unit 2.5 - Learning Organization - Assuring Innovation

A learning organization is a place where people continually expand their capacity to create the results they truly desire, where new and expansive patterns of thinking are nurtured, where collective aspiration is set free, and where people are continually learning how to learn together. Attendees will learn the fundamentals of the learning organization.
