Mike White has more than 25 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing, process analysis and improvement, Customer Value Management and metrology. As a Senior Manager Mike has extensive experience with all aspects of quality and calibration functions. He lead the team that implemented a Divisional Manufacturing Process Verification system that assisted the company in procuring business from Bell Telephones.
Prior to joining TMAC, Mike was a Business Development Manager and Lead Auditor for the largest Registrar in North America. He conducted over 450 audits in four countries in a four years period and won contracts for registration from over 100 new customers and additional sites.
Before joining the registrar, Mike worked for Nortel Networks for many years in various functions in all areas of manufacturing. He was also a Lead Auditor and Malcolm Baldrige examiner for Nortel corporate. Mike also has a great deal of experience in other fields ranging from Diesel engine applications, to electrical distribution and controls and compressed air and gas systems.
Mike has taught Quality Management Systems to Operations Management students at an Institute of Technology in Canada.
Mike completed a five year apprenticeship and attended college in the UK.
