Charaee Tropp




Charaee Tropp has over 15 years of technical, regulatory, and legislative experience in the areas of environment, health and safety. Since joining TMAC, Charaee has worked with a number of manufacturing companies on a variety of projects including the following: ISO 14000 Environmental Management Systems, ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems, OHSAS 18000 Health and Safety Management Systems, OSHA required safety training, compliance assessments, waste management and permitting.

Prior to joining TMAC, Charaee worked as an independent consultant for manufactures and chemical waste management companies. Her projects have included conducting compliance audits, maintaining indoor air quality programs, developing corrective action programs, conducting Phase I environmental site assessments, managing facility safety programs, implementing Department of Transportation / HAZMAT programs, and monitoring environmental, health and safety legislation.

Charaee holds both a Master of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Texas Woman’s University. Her master’s thesis was entitled “Environmental Justice Re-Examined: Race, Ethnicity, Poverty, and Commercial Hazardous Waste Facilities in Texas.”
