Rodney Reddic




Rodney Reddic has 14 years of progressive operations and engineering management experience in diverse manufacturing and production environments. Rodney has extensive experience in metal fabrication, plastic injection molding, blow molding and power distribution equipment manufacturing.

Prior to TMAC, Rodney was Plant Manager for Peerless Manufacturing Co., a publicly held company engaged in the design, engineering, and manufacture of products for the removal of contaminants from gases and liquids, and for air pollution abatement. As Operations Engineer for EATON/Cutler Hammer power distribution division Rodney provided engineering support to seventeen electrical switchgear manufacturing facilities throughout the US. Rodney also provided engineering support and project management for plant relocations to new facilities in California, Arizona, New Jersey, and Ohio.

Rodney spent the early part of his career in the plastic industry with RXI Plastics and Igloo Products Corporation, where he held positions of Engineering Manager, Product Manager, Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Engineer. His responsibilities included new product development, new equipment installations and facilities layout.

Since joining TMAC, Rodney has provided assistance to manufacturers in such areas as Facility Design, Lean Manufacturing Implementation, Strategic Business Planning, Warehouse Layout, ERP system needs analysis and Product Cost Analysis. He has worked with a wide variety of companies ranging from job shop metal fabricators to high volume plastic processing facilities.

Rodney received his BS in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. He has also completed numerous continuing education courses in Lean Manufacturing, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, OSHA Occupational Safety, TQM, and Injection Mold Design.
