Brandon Phoenix has more than 15 years of experience in Food, Continuous Flow, and Automotives Manufacturing. As a Manager, Brandon has extensive experience with all aspects of Quality and Lean Improvements, operations management, quality systems, performance improvement processes, Implementing and Improving Performance Management Systems, Lean Manufacturing and Total Productive Maintenance.
Prior to joining TMAC, Brandon was a Manager of TQM for Sanden International, a Tier 1 Auto Supplier in charge of driving improvement activities and developing Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belts. Prior to Sanden International, Brandon served as the TPM and Lean implements leader for Proctor and Gamble (Folgers Coffee) and worked with a team to help implement lean solutions through numerous plants. Brandon also has 13 years of Leadership experience in the United States Marine Corps where he served with the Department of State providing services to Embassies and Consulates around the world.
Brandon has served as a Texas Award for Performance Excellence (TAPE) examiner for the last three years. Brandon is an ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor and TS16949 certified. He is a Shingo Examiner and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Brandon’s areas of expertise are in Total Productive Maintenance, Set-up Reduction, Workplace Organization, Strategic Improvement Planning, and Project Management. Brandon has BA in Management and received an Instructor Certification from the United States Marine Corps.
