Esteban Pedraza Jr. has over 10 years of experience in the areas of health and safety, environmental health and food safety. He has worked on a variety of projects including the following: OHSAS 18000 Health and Safety Management Systems, OSHA required safety training, (TWI) Training within industry, ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems, Indoor air quality testing, Department of Transportation training. Food Safety applications include food handler training, food manager training, HACCP implementation/ audits, food defense initiative and facility inspections. Esteban is one of the members of the FDA Bioterrorism Food Defense group.
Esteban holds a Bachelors of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and RS (Registered Sanitarian) from The Texas Department of State Health Services. He co-authored the Public Health Guidance Documents for Evacuation Shelters (Sept. 05).
