Dave Johnson has more than 30 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering, methods and tooling, production control and quality/environment management systems. As a facilitator of Total Quality Management (TQM) Dave has extensive experience organizing cross-functional teams with expertise in project planning, rearrangements, process control, cycle time and cost reduction.
Dave is the manager for the quality management systems product line. He and his team have implemented ISO 9001/14000 in over 80 companies in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is an ISO 9001 Lead auditor, was a Texas Quality Award Examiner in 1999 and a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner in 2001 and 2002. Dave has also completed Six Sigma Black Belt and Professional Business Advisor Training.
Dave received his Master of Science degree in Business and Human Relations from Amber University in Garland, Texas. He received his BA from the University of South Dakota. He also served four years as a company and area commander while a captain in the US Army.
