Mei-hwa
Huang is a Computer Network Administrator of the Automation & Robotics Research Institute at The University of Texas at Arlington. She is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) and a Novell Certified Network Engineer (CNE). She was previously employed by the North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina, as a Computer Network Coordinator from 1994 to 1996, and by the Industry Technology Research Institute, Hsinchu, Taiwan, as an Assistant Engineer from 1988 to 1992. She received her M.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri - Columbia. She received her B.B.A. degree in Management Information Sciences from the Providence University, Taichung, Taiwan. Her experiences include network administration of Solaris, Linux, Netware and Windows systems, IP routing, DHCP, SNMP, WebDAV, web-based e-mail services, firewall, Virtual Private Network (VPN), Apache web server, Secure Socket Layer (SSL), and Cisco routers.
