Joe Crosswell




Joe Crosswell has over 25 years of experience in varied manufacturing environments including the DoD/aerospace and oil field service industries where he was primarily involved with analysis of manufacturing operations and the identification of improvement opportunities. His manufacturing experience includes manufacturing systems; Procurement and Material Requirements Planning (MRP); and cost analysis. Joe has worked with many TMAC customers over the years to select and implement Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and to incorporate Lean methods and techniques into those system processes. Since 2003 he has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Ft. Worth Chapter of the American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) as VP of Education, initiating and coordinating APICS certification review courses and workshops and currently serves as President Elect of that organization.

Prior to joining TMAC, Joe was with Lockheed Martin Corporation where he initiated and managed technology modernization programs aimed at reducing cost and increasing the productivity of Lockheed’s supplier base. In this capacity he worked directly with manufacturers involved in electronics, composites, machining, and fabrication and assembly.

Joe received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Dallas and his BS in Industrial Technology from Texas A&M University. Joe is a graduate of the UTA/George Group Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training program. In addition, he is a graduate of the United States Marine Corps Officer Candidate School in Quantico, Virginia, and is an FAA-Certified Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic with an Inspection Authorization and is a commercial pilot.
