Norman
Spayd joined the ARRI team in 1994, as an Instrument
Maker Supervisor and Building/Facility Coordinator,
coordinating building maintenance, events, audio/visual
equipment requirements and repair. Prior to that
he spent four years with the Super Conducting Super
Collider as the Radio Frequency Impedance Lab Supervisor,
and retired with 24 years in the United States Navy
as an Aviation Electronics Chief Petty Officer. He
attended Tarrant County College studying management.
