  NF 4025 High Power – High Frequency Amplifier: Voltages up to 200 Vpp and current up to 2.5 A
  HP 33120A Function generator: 1mHZ – 15 MHz
  HIOKI High Power meter: 4 channel to measure voltage and current
  HIOKI 3445 Temperature sensor: Profile the heat generation on transformer
• HP 4194A Impedance Analyzer – Characterization of the piezoelectric resonance in the range 100 Hz – 40 MHz
• HP LCR Meter – Characterization of capacitance at 5 frequencies in 0.1 – 100 kHz range
• Polytec Laser Vibrometer – Vibration velocity measurement until 100 kHz range
• Two high frequency digital oscilloscopes, HP 54600A.
• NI DAQ card for data acquisition.
