Distributed Intelligence and Autonomy Laboratory
Distributed Intelligence and Autonomy Laboratory (D.I.A.L.)
This laboratory houses a very large
collection of mobile robots and
wireless devices. Data from environmental and telemetry
sensors are collected by base station PCs running Labview
and Matlab.

to 433MHz MICA2 motes for wireless communication.
- Cybermotion Sentry robots endowed with gas, chemical,
and smoke sensors and PXI microcontrollers connected
to 433MHz MICA2 motes for wireless communication.
- ARRI-Bots connected
via Cricket Motes. These inexpensive robots
are equipped with localization, processing, and sampling
hardware.
- 30+ MICA2 and Cricket Motes for WSN.
- Lynxmotion hexapod robots.
- RC Blimps for aerial surveillance and information
relaying.
