MISSION: To Provide Assistance To Businesses in North Texas In Selling Their Goods & Services to Federal, State and Local Governments and To Its Prime Contractors. The Cross Timbers Procurement Center, hereafter called Cross Timbers, under the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) Automation & Robotics Research Institute (ARRI) has a Cost Sharing Agreement with the Department of Defense/ Defense Logistics Agency to provide assistance to business as stated above in the following Geographic Area (61 counties): Anderson, Archer, Bell, Bosque, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Clay, Collin, Comanche, Cook, Coryell, Dallas, Delta, Denton, Eastland, Ellis, Erath, Falls, Fannin, Franklin, Freestone, Grayson, Gregg, Hamilton, Harrison, Henderson, Hill, Hood, Hopkins, Hunt, Jack, Johnson, Kaufman, Lamar, Lampasas, Limestone, Marion, McLennan, Montague, Morris, Navarro, Palo Pinto, Panola, Parker, Rains, Red River, Rockwall, Rusk, Smith, Somervell, Stephens, Tarrant, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt, Wichita, Wise, Wood, and Young For Other Department of Defense PTAC’s in the United States including 8 others in Texas (San Antonio Procurement Technical Assistance Center, Del Mar College, Angelina College, UT Brownsville, Texas Technical University, El Paso Community College, Panhandle Regional Planning Commission, University of Houston), see the "Links" section of the website.
