Program” (PROMEP)
from México. I have been awarded with this PROMEP
scholarship since I’m a lecturer-researcher in that University in the Instituto
de Ingeniería y Tecnología and I want to increase my educational
level. After finishing my PhD program
in UTA, I will return to Cd. Juárez (located in Chihuahua
state from México) to continue
teaching and doing more research in the Control Systems area.
